Iam working on an FPSO Vessel.Presently producing from only one wellof 6000barrels/day.The stabilisation Separator was initially operating at design temperature of 80degrees centigrade and the flare was slighly on with smoke(loss of hydrocabon). On reduction of temperature to 62 degrees, production increased to 6200barrels.It is now noticed that the Sorage tank relief valve vents more frequently.Considering the gain in Production, could somebody advise on other ways of avoiding a catastrophe (if any) or finetuning of the plant for optimisation while reataining my present production.
