(PLEASE HELP) What is the temperature of oil when it emerges onto the sea in the North sea. Is the oil directed to dry land from the well or does it have to go via the oil platform?

Emergent temperature will vary with field.

Depends on location. Some crude is stored in platform tanks itself until tankered away, some goes from well to platform to pipeline. It all depends on the field production scheme.
