OIL vs Water or what else

hello
im a senior at a high school in louisville KY , im in a program called PLTW(project lead the way) this projects help to introdue students into the feild of engeneering.
Problem - IM working on a project that involves desighning a water cooling system for a computer proccesor which produces accesive heat up to 60 C the proccesor needs to be cooled in order to help prolong life and for proper working.
Hypothisis - by running water though a heat sink in a certain manney we hope to acheive a btter cooling desighn, the use of water was orginaly brought up as the man coolent to run.
critera - the material cant be under pressure ( freon or other pressurised coolents ) and must be easly accesable or easly made with high school materials that can be found in our chem labs or house( no francium or other crazy items ;-))

You could always give automotive antifreeze a shot, but here's an equation that should speed you along on your quest:

Q = mc(dT) where

Q: heat absorbed
m: mass of coolant
c: specific heat capacity of coolant
dT: drop in temperature
