In Refinery we are using Old Boilers made in 1965 with a Design Pressure of 4830 Kpa and Design Temperature of 371 Deg C. Steam drum thickness is 66.7mm where as Muddrum thickness is 51mm. This is high Pressure Boiler used at 4100 Kpa steam. I am doing RBI for Steam Drum and Mud Drum but their is no material information available. Can someone suggest material used for construction during 1965 and Allowable stress value?

After long of research I found out that Old Boilers Steam drums in Australia is made from AS B58 material. The UTS of that grade is 514 Mpa.

Are you able to extract a sample of the material for testing purposes or able to perform PMI on the material ?

Otherwise, you may need to be very conservative in what you material you are assuming as it is essentially a best guess.

If the name plate is still on it, you may be able to get a serial number and a manufacturer that you may be able to contact.

If there is no complete documentation then it is a scrap.
The documentation forms part of the history of the pressure component.
