old editions ASME SEC III-NG

hello,

i have to offer some pipes according to ASME SEC.III -NG ED. 1998. The olddest version i have is of 2011.

Any one knows where i can buy it, or if there are a sumary of changes just to confirm that if i use the current one of 2015, i also comply with all the requirements of the one from 1998.
