Old H Series Bar Joists 1

I have an old H series joist that I need some numbers on. The Bethlehem Old Joist tables that are downloadable do not go up to the joist I have.
I have a Macomber V-Beam 26H. Serial No. is C 67156E.
The tables in Bethlehem only go to 24H series.
Anyone have load tables for Macomber 26H's or even 26H's in general?

pylko....You could check with SJI for their old joist tables but I don't think that the Macomber is SJI. If I remember right, some years ago I was asked to check a roof joist system for capacity and had a heck of a time finding data on Macomber joists. I believe that they use some weird type of top chord (not a double angle but some kind of bent wing plate) and they went out of business many years ago. I finally found some info from another engineer somewhere and got copies of old load tables.

I know the above isn't much help...I've even mis-placed the load tables that I received.

YES! This is the third run-in I've had with Macomber. You'd think by now I'd have the info, eh? NOT!
YOu are 100% correct about the top and bottom chords. Like a heavy gage plate bent in a sort of W shape.

I did a Google search and came up with a 2001 thread in the Structural Engineers Association International archive about Macomber joists. A number of engineers stated that they had old tables from the 1960's (H-series era) from Macomber. Here are some links (you can follow the threads for others):
