Old Transistor Numbering 3

I am trying to find a cross reference for some old germanium transistors. I have considered a redesign of the circuit to use silicon transistors, however, since I intend to restore the old boat-anchor, I'd really like to leave everything germanium, if possible.

The transistors are marked with Gonset's own numbering...unless GC (General Cement) marketed transistors back in the early to mid '60s. The Radio is a Gonset 2-meter Sidewinder, 144-148 MHZ SSB transceiver.

The transistors I need to cross are:

GC-813, GC-815 and GC-8144.

I have nothing to contribute. Only that the then (talking fifties)omnipresent germanium transistor OC 71 followed the European "standard" for device (read tube)identification. The "C" for a triode (which a transistor is) and the new letter "O" for zero filament voltage. And then an arbitrarily (it seems) chosen number.

Other letters for filament voltage was D (1.5 V) E (6.3 V) and so on. For tube functions it was A for a diode, F for a pentode, H for a heptode (with five grids) and so on.

The only item that fits is the letter "C" which says that it is a three terminal device. But that you already knew.

I went through 4 old regerence books; Radio Shack, SAMS, SK, Sencore. They listed GC numbers, but none of the ones you wanted.

Everybody earns a star! Thank you very much. I'll need to get some general replacement Germanium transistors and see if I can come up with a replacement that way.
