On how and where to insert command snippets inside Workbench mechanical

I am looking for a good reference on where and how the command snippets need to be inserted inside a Workbench
mechanical tree. I do this all by trial-and-error. This one rejects the hacker-style method of learning stuff.
I am not seeing progress at all. Help is needed.

Any input will be highly appreciated.

In the tree if you select and right click on any of the solid under geometry---->Insert---->Command.

But I was actually looking for the associations between a given command and a branch in the tree itself. Not every command goes to the geometry branches.
I can not find that in the manuals
