one other issue

We are also experiencing the following problem: on some of our workstations, after removing COSMOS 2005 and during installation of COSMOS 2006 we get the a message saying “Installation Interrupted” and the only option available is the finish “button” on the installation screen – thereby preventing us from installing COSMOS. We have our antivirus disabled during this process.

Any ideas?

I have seen this once. I had to reinstall 05, then install 06. If it is a floating license, make sure everyone is logged off. Don't know why, but it worked for us.
