Just a question for the group.

Are there any decent undergraduate engineering programs out there for distance learners? I am currently living in central Nebraska.

I did a search on Yahoo and came up with mostly Web Design & Software results, nothing on mechanical or civil engineering.

Thanks for your response.

Just an idea, try to look at dictionary and find appropriate category.

Humans do better then machines.

Just a taught... I don't know any distant learning programs.

I got my undergrad in person, then my MSE through distance learning, from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I thought their DL program was quite excellent. I don't think they teach any undergrad through DL, but they might be able to refer you to another institution. I don't have a phone number handy, but call the school and ask for the DL coordinator in the ISEEM department (Industrial and Systems Engineering and Engineering Management). I think there is also some info on the website, then go through academics, engineering, deparments, etc.

Hope this helps!
