I have found that google books search has full texts of many SAE engineering books. There have been a number of past threads where people have summarised information out of some of these texts and I thought people in the forums would like knowing they can look information up in some of these books even if they don't have access to a hard copy.

Some of the specific titles I have found are:

Fundamentals of Vehicle Dynamics
by T D Gillespie

Tire and Vehicle Dynamics
by H. B. Pacejka

Racing & High Performance Tire
by Paul Haney

The Automotive Chassis
by Jornsen Reimpell (and Stoll)

Unfortuneately they do not have RCVD but this list covers most of the titles that are often quoted.

Hopefully this information will be usefull to everyone.

They don't necessarily have all of the text, but allow you to find books that meet your needs, and ways to locate copies (purchase/library).

For example, the first book has the Table of Contents and the Index, but not the chapters themselves.

Great tool!
