OrCad Layout 9

Since I used OrCad Capture 9 very much, I decided to use OrCad Layout as well. Why not, it's in the same package. But I have one problem...I need the book "OrCAD Layout for Windows Footprint Libraries manual" for OrCad 9. Can somebody plz help me? Or does anybody know a easy way to decide what footprint I need for a component?

I've been there already. Although it was for Layout 7 and not layout 9, I thought it would help. But I still need the footprints on paper for identify the ones I need easily.

I have the same problem as you i am using the Orcad 9.1 release and without the footprint library manual its imposible to get anywhere.
