Ordinal 2821 error

The ORDINAL 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll. I get this pop up during the start up for NX 6.0.

The only thing that's changed is a new space explorer driver and uninstalling of the space explorer for all cad systems except NX.

Anyone have any idea for this?
