Organic LED Screens

I want to use the semi-transparent properties of an OLED screen however I want the screen to mould around a visor. The shape wouldn't be a 2D shape/surface so I think require special manufacturing.

My thoughts are it would be best just to create the dimensions that I want the screen and contact a manufacturer to see if they can perform the job. Is this something that people will approach manufacturers asking? "Can you make this shape of OLED screen?"

I don't see this as an IoT question; one of the electronics forums would probably make more sense.

I would guess that it's highly unlikely that someone would do a custom non-flat display. The tooling costs would require massive volumes, or very high sell-prices.

Ah, my mistake. My thought was this Internet of Things was a sub-forum of EE Engineering and that each forum had their separate IoT.
