oriented and bioriented materials

Hi, someone can tell me the differences between oriented and bioriented materials around the permeation?

The bioriented material is physically modified through two axis (wide and long), this process is made for plastic film manufacture. I don´t know if you want mean about it.

Yes I know what means biorened material but I would like to know if is more permeable a bioriented material or a monoriented material (oriented only in machine direction)
