OSHA 1094.12 - Robot Safety

I'm conducting a safety analysis for a motion system per the ANSI-RIA-15.06-1999 standard. It defines the severity of a risk as whether 'the first aid is within the limits defined by OSHA 1904.12'. Unfortunately the OSHA web-site shows that 1904.12 was removed; OSHA has something archived that covers carpal tunnel syndrome and such but it doesn't discuss first aid.

Does anyone know what safety standard I should reference?
