Outgassing of CHEM FILM ?

Does CHEM FILM outgas more than say a 'standard' aluminum anodizing? This is for a cleanroom environment. I've not been able to get any clear direction from industry standards. The best I can get there is an expensive and time-consuming test method!

Both chemfilm and anodized aluminum are OK at ambient temperature and a normal relative humidity. I would caution against using chemfilm if heated above 120^oF at low R. H., and especially not in vacuum.

There is a lot of weakly bonded water of hydration on the chemfilm surface, and if you should dehydrate the chemfilm by heating or vacuum, it would begin disintegrating into flakes and powder (containing hexavalent chromium).
