Does anyone have any data, or even general references on the outgassing of said oxides? There's plenty out there for the stability of iron oxide on iron and CRES, but nothing on the oxides I mention.
The CRC handbook has good data on the vapor pressure of various oxides vs. temperature. It is a fairly straightforward excersize to determine, from gas kinetics, a relationship between vapor pressure and evaporation rate.
I doubt that any of those oxides will outgas at such low temperatures (but I just looked, and was surprised that I couldn't find any of those oxides listed in my old 40th ed., rats! - but you can make some guesstimates from listed b.p. and m.p. of the compounds too).
More likely is that any absorbed water (including hydrated oxides) will tend to cook off around 100 C, depending on the temperature and vacuum conditions.
I would like to add out of general interest that CuO is reactive to water at room temperature. I do not know whether this is importance to your plans but I thought I should add it.
