Hi

Does anyone now how i can get my Machine to run
over 8000 mm/min, it is only a problem when i try
to run a ISO program, in Mazatrol is it no problem.

Thank You

I have a very vague memory of a Mazak I used many years ago. It seems the mazatrol was conversational based programming which translates into parametric programming so the processing of the code would be much faster than ISO code and what you are seeing is processor lag. Your machine's manuals should state a maximum feed. 8000mm per minute equals about 312 inches per minute. 312 IPM is beyond most machine's maximum feedrates. Even if the program commands an excessive feed the machine's control will clamp at max. Are you sure you're really moving at 8000 MPM?
