overheating of condenser from chiller unit

hello
we have a chilled water unit, this unit is installed outside in an environment where the ambient temperature is very high as there is a sandstorm
the problem is that the condenser of this unit is exposed to direct these changes ie the fins are not protected against excessive temperature and obstruction and fans operate continuously
my question is how to protect the condenser (it comes like that) against the overheating and there has equipment to add.

Lower the ambient temperature - except that you have no control over that.

Reduce the amount of heat that you are trying to reject.

Increase the amount of air you move through the condenser.

While you can't control the ambient temperature, you could shield the equipment from the sun, and you could clear away obstructions to air flow.
