Overpressure protection requirement for Accumulator Bladder/Bottle per UG-125

Team,

Accumulator Bladders are designed, fabricated and tested as per ASME section VIII Div. 1, but these pressure vessels are usually not provided with any overpressure protection device per requirement of UG-125. Are they exempted from this requirement based on????? or they are protected by the PSV(s) in piping.
Prompt reply would be highly appreciated.

bottle - pulsation damper - is usually protected in the pipe circuit, sometimes by rating the line higher than the supplying pump(s).
