Do you mean overturning resulting from wind only? If so then just change the load case/combo to the one you want to see the moment for?

You'll have to identify the sources of overturning resistance and evaluate both their available contribution and their capacity to resist the forces developed internally within them when their contribution is engaged. Depending on the type of structure that you have, some sources of overturning resistance may include:

1) Self weight of the foundations or, really, any part of the structure that can be engaged.

2) Piles used in tension as part of a moment resisting couple.

3) Shallow foundations for piles used in compression as part of a moment resisting couple.

4) Soil pressures acting laterally against the structure and used as part of a moment resisting couple.

5) The backstay effect of diaphragms imposing lateral forces against the structure and used as part of a moment resisting couple.
