Does anybody know where do get a P/M interaction diagram when F'c = 4500 psi?

Many concrete textbooks have p/m diagrams. I don't use imperial units so I assume that 4500psi is a non-standard concrete grade. I would either:

1. Use charts published by a good source for the next lower grade of concrete.
2. Use a god design program that allows the user to input the concrete design grade.
3. Nut the calculations out by hand old-school style

Use the P/M diagram for 4000 psi concrete and thank your lucky stars that you have a margin of error working in your favour for a change.

Personally I would probably go with BA's suggestion.

Column reinforcement is generally only 1 or 2% of the total reinforcement so being a bit conservative there is not going to be an issue.
