P or N type

I have some wafers that are p and n type. How can I determine in an easy way wchich ones are the n and the p. I tried with the method of the hot probe and it did not work. Can anyone help me?

A Veeco four point probe will tell you whether the wafer is p or n type. You could also tell by looking at the orientation of the major and minor flats which signify the type.
 
Usually the hot probe measurement will give you results or a 4 point probe or any other instrument which measures sheet resistivity should have option for n-type or p-type.Also p-typr wafers have only one flat,whereas n-type has 2 flats.
