Packaged Wastewater Treatment Recommendations

I have two sites that I think could really benefit from a packaged wastewater treatment facility. Both are in Indiana. One will be a 12,000 GPD system for a school and the other will be a 25,000 GPD for an RV park. I was about halfway through the process with a company on one of them when my contact ghosted me. A google search shows a dozen different companies that all appear pretty similar on the surface, but I would rather not reach out to all of them. If anyone has any recommendations based on companies they have worked with in the past, I would appreciate it.

What type of package plant do you have in mind? I had a good experience installing the SBR system provided by Acqua Aerobic. That was a 50,000 GPD system for a community similar to an RV park.

Whoever you approach it is always good to get references from other installed plants they have done, it will enable you to find out what they are like to deal with (from the client's perspective) and more importantly get an understanding of how onerous the maintenance is. Some suppliers gloss over the maintenance, only to find they are the only supplier of a certain part requiring regular replacement, or the need to have someone check and maintain the system on a daily basis. Both items the client will hold you accountable for weather it is your fault or not

It would help if you would provide some more details. Where are you discharging?

For the small application, you will probably be looking at an Orenco unit:

The recommendation is somewhat dependent on the effluent discharge requirements.

Thanks for the input everyone. Both PCS and Aqua aerobics look like they will do the job, and both are closer to home than the one I originally found. I appreciate the point to make sure I ask for references and check up on maintenance. The RV park will be discharging into a county ditch. I have the effluent limits from the state department of environmental management: CBOD5 15; TSS 18; Ammonia-N 1.6; phosphorus 1.0 mg/L and E.coli 125 count/100 mL. Those are all monthly averages.

The other client decided they would rather put in a 1 acre sand mound septic field than deal with paying for a certified operator to run the packaged treatment facility. So that is the route we are going to go.
