Your phrasing is difficult for me to follow.

If I am reading it correctly, you calculate that the actual, applied wet paint will need to be 100 liters.

If you have 60% wastage*, that means the 100 liters is 40% of the paint you need to purchase. Divide 100 by 0.40 and you get 250 liters you will need to purchase. 150 will be wasted, 100 will end up on your surface.

*Wastage from all sources: On the mixer blade, left in the bucket, sprayed all over the jobsite, left inside the paint hoses & gun, et cetera.
