Painting by immersing in chemical solutions (final coatings)

Dear Gentlemen

Is there method to painting iron accessories and metal doors by just immersing in chemical solutions (final coatings too) without
using brush or galvanize ?
And if it exist ,is it good method for paint steel doors and parts ?

Yes, it's an electrophoretic process often called e-coating. It is used by the automotive industry to prime car bodies.

Henkel has a process called Autodeposition. Gives you a black paint coating with a dip or spray on steel parts. My former employer used it on backing plates for drum brakes and housings for vacuum boosters.
