I am using a top entry robot on a horizontal injection molding machine to remove plastic trays and put them in a box. We now need a thin sheet of paper (newspaper thickness) inserted between each tray in the box to protect trays from scratching each other. I am looking for a sheet feeder that I can put a large stack of sheets into, then when the robot gives a signal to the feeder, it will feed out one sheet so that the robot can pick up the sheet with suction cups and put into the box after each tray.
Can someone recommend companies that might sell such a device?

I cannot. But! If you are talking a robot with suction cups picking up a piece of paper why not provide the box of paper and let it directly lift the sheets of paper out vertically with the suction cups. You can use a spring to keep the paper stack approximately leveled-up. One less machine to support!
