What is the recommended practice for paralleling / transfering and splitting loads between two 132kV/11kV Transformers? The transformers are rated at 45MVA and carry loads of 15MW and 8MW in a split configuration. The transformers have a 14 tap OLTC and are normally coupled on the 132kV side, when paralleled they are coupled via 11kV circuit breakers and busbars.

I think you are looking for online transfer of load. i hope both the transformers are having same no of taps, same impedence and same phase sequence etc.
The best method is adjust the voltage of both the transformer to equal. to be specific measure voltage across volt meter terminals. close the breaker on 11KV side. as the voltage is same both transformers will continue to supply the same load.
reduce the voltage by operating OLTC of the transformer which is to be taken out. you will find load is transfering to the other transformer. continue till it come to minimum.
Then open the breaker of the transformer
