Hi,

I'm currently designing some parts where the datum reference frame is formed by the following datum features: Bottom surface called A, Dowel Hole perperdincular to A at MMC, called B, and Dowel Slot referenced to A and B, called C. (See IMG1.png and IMG2.png attached)

I need to ensure a surface that is paralell to the plane generated by the axis of B and C that are perpendicular to A. And I'm in doubt of which of the options are the correct one. (See IMG2.png attached)

Thank you in advance.

ASME or ISO?
Drawing is very blurry, so I cannot identify the correct standard.

Then use composite profile
upper segment 0.03 |A|B|C|
lower segment 0.01 A|B|C|
Upper segment will locate the surface, lower segment will orient your concerned surface
