I need help finding this part, I don't know what its called,
but I can describe it:

Part checks air in a line, If there is Air in the Line,
Output=1 else 0.
Voltage to be tied from external power supply.

Would digikey or a similar supplier have something like this?

THANKS

Or perhaps a vacuum switch?

What do you mean by 'air in the line'? Atmospheric air? 8 Bar service air? 3000 psi bottled air? Help us out a little!

A link to the part from digikey or any other mfg. would be greatly appreciated!

By air I mean instrumentation air, 35 psi.

I'm thinking a simple tube with a mechanical contact that closes when air flows through from one direction.

Here's a drawing..lol ;)

So really, what you are trying to determine is if air is flowing through a hose or not, right?

Does it matter which direction the air is flowing?
