Hello,

does anyone knows what am I doing wrong here!
I have made a partition on solid, to limit the area where I will couple reference point.
And when I apply load on RP and run the sim. I get only on partitioned parts deformation and it is not travelling thru solid (see pic.).

Many thanks!

Clearly the part is all connected as you'd have the assembly coming apart, so the problem could be due to your restraints. In addition I'd advise you to partition the assembly so you had brick type elements rather than just throwing a tet mesh at it. Overall you'll get better results that way.

Ok, If I uderstand right the problem is that the force is not applied via partitioned surface by coupling connection from RP on the whole body. why is deformation limited on coupling connection surface?
