Parts are not loaded and shown

Hello Everyone,

It may sound weird buh that's how it is.

I am facing few problems that I don't understand what to do with. The problems are listed below:

1. The parts in the assembly are never loaded. They are always in unloaded form. I have load parts every time.
2. We normally work on a shared server system. Whenever my colleague updates or share some assembly on the server and I try to open it, some parts are always not there. I can see them in his model buh when i try to open on my CATIA, they are gone.

I have read about CACHE option in CATIA and tried in different ways buh nothing worked for me. Below i have listed some actions that i took with cache:

1. unchecked the cache option
2. checked the cache option
3. compared my settings with my colleagues CATIA

Nothing worked.

I have tried everything and now i don't know what to do next.

Guys please look in to it and let me know.

Your help is of great importance to me.

Ensure that 'Load Reference Documents' option is enabled in Tools > Options > General node > General Tab

Adding to Doug suggestion....

Make sure you're "Search Order" is set correctly based on where the CATIA files are stored. Tools > Options > General >
Document tab > Linked Document Localization

The Work With Cache option has nothing to do with parts not being found or loaded
