Hi Everyone,
I faced the following problem with MathCAD. I'm trying to import excel file into my mathcad file via Insert -> Component and then Excel. In the excel file I have a named range that I would like to use as output variable called "output1", but when I enter it into Range cell of Outputs tab in MathCAD it gives me an error message: "The range value specified is invalid". What might I'm doing wrong? I thought that I can pass named ranges to MathCAD
Thanks already for the help

Sorry but I think that Component function is not operator in Mathcad. You can try following steps.
1. Insert -> File Input -> File Format(MS Excel) -> Click Browse -> Select your file ->Click NEXT -> Enter the cell adress in the box (for example "F9") -> Click next.
2. You will see the icon on your worksheet. Enter the value before the equal (example " T = icon") .
3. Enter under the value your argument again (T=icon ; T= ) and you will see the value.
4. If you change the excel file , Mathcad will update automaticly.
Sorry for my english . I am a new in this forum.
