pc power supply pulsed output every 10 secs

switched mode psu 5v 12v- 12v+ 3v no output except brief pulse (causes fan to move) every 10 -15 seconds

pwm chip is ml4824cp anyone got pinouts??

Checked for dried up electrolytics and any obvious hr and dry joints

any ideas???

Could the power supply be going into short-circuit/over-current protection?

Hi,

Have you tried disconnecting everything to make sure its not being loaded (including fan).
