Hi, I am the hazardous waste coordinator for my laboratory. Lately there has been alot of issues brought forth concerning pcb wastes. It is difficult to get any definitive answers. Namely, pcb wastes are governed under tsca, but mixed wastes are governed under rcra. My own research has resulted in conflicting recomendations. Can you provide any reference materials that may help me.
