PDF Export Color

I can't seem to get consistant in PDF export color. Some drawings export in color and others don't. Can't find any settings. Tried printing in Mono style, none style, color style. They affect printing but not PDF.

Exactly what part of a Drawing is the color not what you're expecting? Are we talking about model geometry or the text and annotation?
