PDF IMAGE PROBLEMS

We are using NX5 in our drafting group. When one individual is exporting a multi-sheet drawing file as a pdf, occasionally it will create sheet 2 as yellow on a white background. We have tried to create the pdf of only sheet 2 and still have the same results, yellow on white. we want black on white. We renamed the sheet as something other than sheet 2 and get the same results.
I can create them with no problem. I have compared his pdf export settings and also customer default files with mine and they are identical.
Does anyone have a clue what the problem could be and also of course how to fix it?

update on pdf image problems
We still dont know why, but to allow us to create all black on white pdfs we first:
1. Created a new sheet,
2. moved the views from sheet 2 to the new sheet.
3. deleted sheet 2
4. renamed the new sheet to sheet 2.
results: all sheets created successfully in black.
