Hi! i'm looking for some information about PE-HD pipes? i'm trying to desing a gas netwok, and the use of this material was suggested. i've read some information but i want to know what should i do if i need some lines on he air?, and what about the pipe inside roughness? i'm really worried about the fact that inside the pipings can create some condensate what i should do to face it?. the pipe is bounded i could create some kind of sink?
I hope you to help me..!

Inside roughness is very good. Figure on about 0.0005 inch absolute roughness.

Depends on how much condensate. Are you designing a gas gathering system or a distribution system? A little bit of condensate might just use a drip pipe. More than a little and you might need to have a separator.

Plastic Pipe Institute has quite a bit of info here,
