PED WPS Approval

We had a NOBO witness the PQR's for a few WPS's in order to approve them for CAT II-IV work. They now inform me that their NOBO services are located in the UK and will be affected by brexit. Is there anything in the guidelines or PED technical notes that would suggest that these WPS's are no longer valid for PED work?

As I understand it any UK NOBO whose Accreditation is from UKAS will no longer be an an Acceptable European Notified Body the day Brexit goes into effect. There may be Transition Agreements to handle this situation. Best to check with those NOBO's in the UK.

I think certifications prior to Brexit will be valid; but all the new ones must be performed with a NOBO in the EU. I think Lloyd's, for instancem is moving some offices to Netherlands to continue as a NOBO in the EU.
