I need to insatll an additional bathroom in a residential home in East Texas. In order to run the sewage line a perforation through the foundation is required to gain access to the existing sewage line.

Is this possible? If so, what would be a satisfactory method of making the perforation from the top?

It 100% depends on the type of foundation you have. Can you get your hands on the structural drawings?

A core drill can cut your hole through the foundation. Dig an access pit and mark out the location for a sleeve, Set up the drill at the appropriate angle from the horizontal and cut with liberal amounts of water to carry away aggregate chips and cool the bit. Or hire a plumber.
