I’m noticing cracks at some parts of my villa that I have bought one year ago. The villa is wholly built from precast concrete. Most of the cracks are at the corners between hollow core slabs and non bearing walls. And some of them at the walls corners. I’m thinking to repair the cracks by applying (epoxy filler by jotun) and then install GRC mesh at all corners and cover the mesh by mastic putty and paint over it.

What do you think of my solution?
Would this prevent cracks to reappear?

Please see attached a photo of one of the cracks.

Thanks

Do you know where the crack is occurring? Is it within a render/plaster top coat?

Tomfh - they are not deep. Most probably within putty, paint and sealant that used to fill up the joints.
