Persistant Blue Screen Bystronic 2512 1.8kw Laser Machine with Dos Based CNC90 Controller

Hi All
We are a metalworking shop who currently own a 1.8WK Bystronic Laser (No 2512) which we use to cut internal projects we manufacture for a variety of clients.

We are currently unable to operate our machine, because as soon as attempt to start to use it, we are presented with a blue screen and do not know how to resolve it.

The controller is DOS based, CNC90.

if you get to the blue screen, it means the DOS based computer is starting up and waiting on the CNC rack. Either the rack is not starting up or the communication between the computer and CNC rack has a problem. Do the lights on the membrane keyboard do anything? What are the LED on the CPU board in the CNC rack doing?
