PG Polymer Price Adjustment

We're working on a cost adjustment procedure for contractors bidding our jobs, and my question is how much do the polymers vary in price compared with the oil price? For example, if basic oil is $350 per ton and PG 76-28 is $500 per ton; then say basic oil (per Poten) goes to $400 per ton, how much should the PG 76-28 go up to?
