Phase to phase clearance for 765 KV lines

What is the minimum phase to phase clearance required for 765 KV D/C vertical configuration and 765 KV S/C Delta configuration line.

Is there any formula available to find required phase to phase distance ?

It depends.

Some of it is physics, some of it is code driven and that depends on location. Even the physics depends on lots of factors that you haven't listed.

The NESC has all the clearance tables and formulas. It is basically for distribution voltages with an adder for high transmission voltages. I'm a structural guy and don't know right off the top of my head.

Clearances kinda depends on who you are working for. 500 kv lines for BPA (Bonneville Power) are less than that of other parts of the country. Clearances in substations are less than transmission lines.

As I remember the phase to phase dimension for 765 kv flat configuration transmission lines is 45 feet for AEP. I would think that the configuration you asked for would be similar. If you really want a good answer, get in touch with AEP (American Electric Power), they have a lot of 765 kv lines.
