Phast pool fire

Hi, What is the basis of pool fire modeling in PHAST 9.0? I am modeling a dodecane leak nodel release at 15°C and 10 bar. The release scenario temperature is much lower than its flash point. How are the consequences of jet fire and pool fire possible? Does phast still calculating the result even it is not possible. The flash point of dodecane = 78°C

PHAST must be assuming there is an external ignition source, which it should.

The pool fire scenario models a pool fire, it is up to the user to determine whether a pool fire scenario is credible or not.
