For the design of pig station launcher and recovery for new line, I want to install a smart pig after years for now it's used for dumb pig my question is weather pig launcher and receiver can be suitable for smart pig or I need to modify

Unlikely, but check the pig dimensions. Most "smart" pigs are up to 4 to 4.5m long and most normally piggin main barrels probably a max of 2m.

Often your ILI contractor will have traps they use and swap out.

don't forget the equal length plus 20% they need behind the traps to get the pigs in and out....

It depends on the make/model of smart pig. Traditionally smart pigs are much longer than regular cleaning pigs, but advances have been made for certain types to shorten them overall in length.
