I need a good book that shows how to design a pile caps. Can anyone recommend a good book on this subject?

The resisant virtues of the structure that we seek depend on their form; it is through their form that they are stable, not because of an awkward accumulation of material. There is nothing more noble and elegant from an intellectual viewpoint than this: to resist through form. Eladio Dieste

Pile caps are normally designed using strut and tie (truss analogy) methods. Any current reinforced concrete text will be of assistance.

What do you think about the CRSI Design Handbook? Does it go over a better explanation for it?

CRSI Design Handbook is the best resource for pile cap design in my opinion. They have formulas for deep member punching shear and beam shear that are not found in ACI.
