Pile Integrity Test

Hello all,
I would be really grateful if someone could specify the how many types of Pile integrity test are there? Is this information correct. There are 3 types of pile integrity test which are as follows:
1. Static Pile Load Test:
- Conventional Test
- Osterberg Cell Test

2. Dynamic Pile Test
- Low strain Method
- High strain Method

3. Pseudo Staic Load Test
- Statnamic
- Pile load Tester

Or is it only two types:
- Low strain Method
- High strain Method

Pile intregrity test and pile load test are two separate categories. You have listed various types of static and dynamic load tests.
