We are currently experiencing corrosion resistance problems in some test cell piping due to temperature changes in the pipes forming condensation after runs. The items we are testing are running on air bearings and I was curious if there was a simple coating that could be placed inside of the pipes that would have good erosion, thermal, and corrosion resistance. We can't get anything in the air bearings and the setup we currently have will not cut it. Some of the pipes are "U" shaped and the longest of them is nearly 4 feet long and 4 inches in diameter. I was thinking a good powder coating would do the trick, but I am not sure if it would stand up to 200 lb/min air flow over time.
